Data in the Findbar pilot

Updated 2 November 2026 · assisted pilot

Findbar is a KiDraht pilot by Redion Çekrezi. Publisher and contact details: Redion Çekrezi ↗

Scope and approvals

Checks cover confirmed businesses and approved public sources. Results describe their scope and date; they do not guarantee rankings or revenue. Proposals do not change customer websites. Publishing and account access need separate approval.

Stored pilot data

Business profiles, invitation and contact data, approved documents, checks, proposals and decisions are stored in the private pilot workspace. Historical checks are retained; temporary sources and grants have their own expiry dates. Contact the operator for access, correction or deletion requests.

Optional providers

An optional speed check sends the public URL to Google PageSpeed. Places lookup sends the confirmed business name and region to Google. Places API content is displayed temporarily; only place IDs and our request/cost metadata are stored. This content is not copied into PDFs or AI questions.

AI calls run through OpenAI or Anthropic only after separate scope and cost approval. The selected questions and parameters are visible before starting. Unbranded questions exclude the target identity. Private documents are not automatically sent to AI providers. Gemini Search Grounding is not used for automated analysis.

Access and keys

API keys are encrypted on the Findbar server and are not delivered to customers. Invitation links are confidential, time-limited and revocable. Editing another business's accounts or websites requires separate permission.

Google Maps features are also governed by the Google Maps/Google Earth Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy. Google Business Profile and Search Console are separate connections; a public profile link does not grant write access.
